- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★March 06, 2019, by April VacaQuick and friendly sales associates on the floor and on the registers. I especially love the self-serve registers they have now. Target also has a Starbucks inside, so the caffeine burst really helps. The air conditioning needs to be on higher. For some reason they have it on the lowest setting, so you start to get a tad bit warm while shopping.
