  Went there yesterday to upgrade my son's broken iPhone 5. Before coming I spoke to Verizon over the phone and looked on their website to research pricing and options. This store is NOT an official Verizon store, it is a retailer. There was only ONE employee helping someone so I had to wait a while to be helped. Fine, not a big deal. When I finally got help, the price they were quoting me for my son's upgrade was $100.00 more than what Verizon had advertized. I asked about the discrepancy and the person working there made a few phone calls to "look" into it. He still said his pricing was accurate. I left and went to an actual Verizon store on Blossom Hill. They had around 10 employees working, were way more professional, and had accurate pricing ($100 less than other store). Had I not done my research ahead of time I would have been ripped off. What a scam. I can't believe Verizon lets these snakes get away with stuff like this. Minus 10 stars. Avoid at all costs.
